By using the Lootrz website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Products: All mystery boxes contain 10 surprise fashion items in the category you select. Exact items, designs and colours are not disclosed before delivery.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment: We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are not accepted as orders are processed immediately.

Limitation of Liability: Lootrz is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
