AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing Rade Street's website (https://radestreet.com) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

OUR SERVICES
Rade Street provides:

  • E-commerce platform for mystery fashion boxes
  • Online ordering and payment processing for Men's and Women's clothing boxes
  • Surprise fashion delivery across India

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You must be 18+ years to create an account
  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in INR and subject to change
  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email

MYSTERY BOX POLICY

  • All mystery boxes contain surprise items — specific products, designs or colours cannot be requested or exchanged based on personal preference
  • Item count per box is as described on the product page
  • All items are brand new and of retail quality
  • By purchasing a mystery box you acknowledge and accept the surprise nature of the product

DELIVERY

  • We deliver across India
  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier partner
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable
  • Rade Street is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Due to the mystery nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns based on style, colour or design preference
  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:
    • The wrong item count was delivered
    • Items arrived damaged or defective
  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

SIZING

  • Please refer to our size guide before placing your order
  • Size-related issues are not eligible for returns as sizes are selected by the customer at checkout

DISCOUNT CODES AND OFFERS

  • Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless stated otherwise
  • Codes cannot be combined with other offers
  • Rade Street reserves the right to cancel or modify any offer at any time

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • Products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities
  • In case a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and process a full refund

PROHIBITED USES
You may not:

  • Use our service for illegal purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Attempt to harm or exploit our platform
  • Resell mystery box contents for commercial purposes
  • Share account credentials with others

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rade Street is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions
  • Natural variations in fabric, colour or print of clothing items
  • Allergic reactions to fabric or materials — please check product descriptions
  • Loss or damage after successful delivery confirmation

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Rade Street including logo, images, designs and copy is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
